Poor customer service

Worst customer service ever or should I even say that since there is no customer service at all. The network is absolutely terrible, the speed is even worse. I have been trying to get in contact with an agent for a long period of time regarding my refund as I hav enot used the data Sim. Yet no contact. I will never take a contract with them ever again and I will not recommend it to anyone I know
