Poor Customer Service

Hi, My name is Andile, I recently purchased the Rain unlimited 24/7 uncapped service which is currently listed at R 479 which I received on the 26/05/20. My network has no worked to date when I tried to activate my card online it said its already active but the internet has never worked to date 03/06/20. I currently reside in the kloof area in durban where the network is suppose to be working. I've emailed the support centre on *** with my problem and nothing has been done to date 03/06/20 angazi noma sibanjwa inkunzi emini or this network doesn't have a clue on what they doing. I'm a very loyal customer and it saddens me that it has to reach a point where I have to write a negative review like this. Sifuna Imali yethu
