Poor customer service!

I am really disappointed in Rain's customer service when it comes to logging issues regarding device or sim card that is not working. They are extremely fast when it comes to applying for new products and delivering those products but when it comes to complaints about sim cards not working since they have delivered, the assistance is extremely poor. I logged numerous calls for the past 3 weeks but to date nothing has been done. I have been on their so called "high priority" since my last call 4 days ago but still no feedback from them. This is really unacceptable. We are paying for a device and service that does not work and that we are not using! Definitely cancelling my subscription with Rain
