Poor customer service

I have been trying to get ahold of rain for a week now with no luck. I've had a problem with 2 consultants now. The first one put me on hold for over 30 mins with no assistance, I forgot her name. Today, o called in again, and the first lady, Asanda, had no customer service at all, she was quite rude. No help received thus far.
