Poor customer service

If could give 0 stars i would. They deduct payments on the dates not agreed on. Than not give call back when assistance and explanation is needed..they chat bot will keep giving you automated repeated messages to tell you it's been escalated. Meanwhile they have your money and keep asking for me and switch of service..This is a horrible service provider and the customer service is worse.
