Poor customer service

I have been struggling to change my debit date, whenever I call the support line and ask them to change the date they drop the call and debit order fails as a result of their inability to implement a simple instructions. Call centre agent by the name () drop the call this morning when I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Their actions are affecting my bank account and credit rating.. this is poor service from their employees and will be cancelling my accounts with them.
