Poor customer service
Rain debited my account for services that was not rendered, they told me I'll get my refunds after their router is collected, it was collected on Wednesday but the was no communication made regarding my money not only if I reach out by calling them and the only answer I get is the matter has been send to the rightful department, so in other words I must beg for my money whereby they sold me false information

I'm using internet on a daily basis hence I've ordered to you and because you're agent wanted to make a sale and money out of me, she had to lie to me about the coverage then I should suffer for her greedy? I am the one who was wronged yet I must still spend more money to get connectivity while you and you sale agent move on with whatever you day is. You're false sales costs me my job and money yet you see anything wrong in that
