Poor customer service

I received a Rain 4G simcard in the Cosmopolitan magazine.

I followed the activation process, however was not successful to RICA my simcard. I did not recieve an SMS to allow me to do so either.

I tried numerous of times to get through to the Rains customer support with no joy. I called and waited a good few minutes - no assistance. I used their online chat system and waited in a queue for more than 45min in total - no assistance I emailed - no response.

If you enjoy experiencing terrible customer service, I suggest you purchase a Rain simcard.
