Poor Customer Service!!!!!

This ISP, is ***. Let me tell you i have been trying to tell a lady where i stay so they can fix my my 5G, and yet this person cant even understand that my complex is at that address! This is so pathetic! Employing people who cant even listen to the customer ! My 5G service is down, and yet we had no issue for a while, i will give that as a the only plus for this ISP, they had a good run butt now the ****e starts all over again. Please sort out you connection **** and i am still waiting on a Manager to give me a call. If i had a better choice for an ISP at this point i would have moved over allready!! And to top it off! I dont even get my full speeds anymore.......... i dare customer service to give me a call!!!!!!!!!
