Poor customer service

The fact that rain has no customer contact center its a sign that they are not customer centered. I just saw something saying I have been upgraded , not sure to what and my monthly subscription went up. I paid them and they still debited my account with the full subscription. They are increasing my blood pressure with all this drama, I have had it with Rain.
