Poor customer service

Good day it's WCJ Van Der Merwe I am at rain for couple of years now and every month I pay them on the 27 and there debit order go off on the 26 so there is no money in my acc and then I am without WiFi for a day so I contacted them and ask them to change the date to the 1 off every month so they did it but they said I must pay R1140 so I did it in January 25 the end off month then that end off month they cut my WiFi I phoned them and have one hell of a complaint with them after I send them proof of payment then they fix it this month off April 25 I did pay my acc on the 28 the first they cut my WiFi again and said I am overdue and I send them 12 mails with all my proof off payment and still it's not on for 3 days now and I did phone them about 6 times and they give me same storie they sorry they will fix it what the hell is going on are they also *****ing money from us now
