Poor Customer Service

I received my Rain sim but it had no Puk or pin number on the card as it supposed to now that it is blocked and I require a Puk number I have no assistance ,There is no one to speak to I emailed support desk no response now I will have to pay for something that I cannot use and this is not acceptable due the Poor Service .I would require assistance ASAP ....Or I refuse to pay for something that is not used due to lack of Service .
