POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, NOT SURE IF YOU EVEN DESERVE A STAR AT ALL!

I have been struggling now for almost a month to get any assistance, my internet connection has been disconnected. I paid R1060 to be reconnected and each time I log a ticket or phone the call center, no one assists me. Whenever I phone they just don't pick up as they see my cellphone number on the incoming calls list.

I canceled the service today as I will be looking for a new service provider, I phone the call center again this morning, after holding for 30 min and having to phone back 4 times just to confirm my cancellation and request a refund. - McDylan advises that I am not entitled to a refund and drops the call in my ear, how rude and unprofessional!

I will not recommend this service to anyone as you wont get any support and they keep taking your money, making promises and they don't deliver.

@Rain - I request that this matter be resolved and that I be refunded immediately.
