Poor Customer Service
Two days in Im trying to get my connection issues resolved, no assistance whatsoever. My download speed is 4.28mbps while Im paying for 60mbps. Their customer service is frustrating as its almost non existing. The more they grow the more it gets worse and you would think as they grow they will be a little more organised and customer orientated.
