Poor Customer Service

Rain is definitely the new telkom with customer service, actually no telkom actually make contact with the customers, i sent Rain a contact me back request on the 6th of August and received this message.

"Hi Jacques, thanks for getting in touch.

A rain agent will respond to your query within 24-48 hours. Your reference number is ***.

Thanks for your patience,"

Where you can see they say clearly they will make contact with you within a day or 2.

It's been 20 days and still no contact was made.

This is really unacceptable.
