Poor Customer service

Rain is a horrible internet service provider I don't understand why they still operating. Customer service is poor, they do not pick up calls. Is Financial Services Board even aware of this nonsense. I regret gambling with my money honestly this is nonsense. Have they even checked out there reviews. I can't believe a person has to struggle even when they have been debited. I am going to write to Check point to investigate if the provider is legit.
