Poor customer service

I've subscribed a router with rain not long ago . They called immediately and delivered in 2 days that was good. Their router us working perfect and the other sim card is not working at all. I've used their watsup assistance with no luck, they logged a call back 3 times and I do have the reference numbers. I've tried online assistance with no luck they also logged a call back request. I've send emails. They don't call or send any response. When I call I stayed over 30 minutes waiting for available consultant
