Poor customer service!

Cancel my rain subscription in September 2022 and everything was paid in full. Recieved an email notifying me that im get handed over for collection to Easton Barry attorneys on the 24th of October 2023! No emails or notification of any arears. Tried contacting rain via email (because im currently out of the country) and still haven't received any response. Paid the supposed arears amount and still getting sms's form easton barry attorneys. RAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
