POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have signed up with Rain wifi, and i bought a router that i have to plug in so i can use the wi-fi.i struggle when i am on load shedding and had to buy a pocket wi-fi. after i bought the pocket wi-fi i called rain to assist me so i can use it even if i am on load shedding but could not get help. I was sent from pillar to post. I have a problem with Rain everytime i have a query you will be told the problem is been escalated someone will call you but that someone never call you. this is a very bad customer service as people need help.
