Poor customer service

The customer service is available before you join in, but once you have joined and need help from them, no one is interested in you. I have sent sent tickets requesting for an agent to call me but Noone has. And why don't you have a straight customer service number where we can call you??? Or email? This thing of sending tickets does not seem to be working
