Poor Customer Service

Kindly note i have personally called Rain to update passport issue old Passport number CN787541 new Passport FN736346 so no excuse on that!!!! Check call records from *** The courier was shown both passport expired and new one but refused to deliver. Since 5th and today is 14 l have been phoning both Rain and Ccd couriers but no resolution. i have been a Rain client for years never experience this before with Ram couriers. This is frustrating me and no longer accepting an apology PLEASE DELIVER THE ROUTER BY NOT LATER THAN 10am 15.04.2023 any issues call me ***

Due to load shedding in Kempton Park the station is not open for certification at this point in time. l have emailed both copies now. I hope this is not another delaying tactic as i did update this passport issue on phone which means i wasted my airtime if its not updated and yet i was told it has been updated over the phone. Whoever is going to deliver will be shown both original passports. if this is an issue procced to refund i have waited more than enough moreover lam an existing client for years.

The problem l have is the Passport issue was updated with one of your consultants and she assured me CCd will deliver my router naxd that never happened. This order was placed on the 5th and there's is a lot back and forth communication escalations but no solutions until l decided to go public. Imagine 2 weeks. Even your courier l have been phoning them and being send pillar to post without resolution despite my pleas. Only if you know what l have lost you would realize how angry and frustrated iam. You cannot have a courier that keeps a delivery for 2 week/ i and am still waiting someone from ccd who said they will investigate and provide feedback. This kind of service is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and ********* deserve to be condemned in the strongest terms. Clients is the reason why Rain and CCd exist. How am going to be billed now since lam starting to use the router at this time of sending this message.

Finally the order was only delivered yesterday after 2 weeks of being send pillar to post.
