Poor customer care service

Good day Rain team I am not happy that any time I need help from you guys I must always report here in order for me to be assisted, this is not right 😕 I've been trying and calling your team for weeks now in order for them to change my payments date but update nothing is Been done, why is the service like this.. Would you guys kindly update my payments dates from your system
