Poor customer care

My device was delivered on Monday morning. After plugging it, it was not showing on my cellphone. I called Rain same day to report my issue and they said they will fix it and I should also wait for 24 hours, after 24 hours still the wifi was not working and I called again. They said they are resolving the issue but until today the device is not working. Come monthend you guys will still bill me for something that is not working. This is seriously annoying. Today is Wednesday and still nothing, will it ever be sorted or you just playing with my mind.
