Poor customer care

I am very dissappointed with Rain, I upgraded from a 4G to 5G internet, they switched off my 4G without checking if the 5G is working properly, called and told them their 5G router is not working, after having been out of internet for 3 days which is too much time these days I had to call them again and again still no internet to day. They make no follow up, they simple do not care. I am very dissappointed at them
