Poor custemer service

A week ago wrote a review on poor service. Contacted rain on there spesial on G5. As them to check for coverage. It arrived only to find no coverage. Then to contact some at rain was a masif problem as no one helps you or they will contacted you with they never do. Then got someone to help after so battles. Send them the G5 device back and was promised with in a week of receiving device my money will be back in my C****. Never happen and 2 months later still wait g. Contacted holo Peter and hell od water I was send a reply by rain say sorry and they did phone but my wife. She explained and was told the monthly contract was not cancel witch is not true because we have a e. Mail stating it was cancelled.. Rain then told her that they needed to talk to me as this was in my name. Then they never phone again and I am still waiting for my money. There is is no custemer service at this place. All I want is my R699 back. My cell no is *** and if you don't get hold of me send a message and I will phone you. I just want my money back. I also work underground on a mine and is only available after b15h00 daily. Helo Peter please assist
