Poor coverage

I am disgusted to be paying R479 a month for promised 10 mbps and I'm not even getting 20% of that speed. Rain is a *******. i struggle with internet when i am at the office as well as at home my coverage went from really good to really poor. i cant even stream anything because the internet is really poor
