Poor connetion. Urgent assistance

Reported an unstable 5G wifi since 5th May today im still experiencing the unstable wifi. Everyday I send DM's on instagram, ive been asked to provide my address and reboting of my router. Since the 5th of May i have been doing that. This exercise is tiring and time consuming and costing me additional money to work from coffe shops with a wifi that was beem paid for the month but unstable... i have requestef for physical assistance none of thay. Can you treat this as urgency since i work from home and this is inconviniencing my daily job
