Poor connectivity, *************, bad service

Rain 5G has been one of the most disappointing services I’ve ever used. The entire product feels gimmicky from the start, and the irony is painful, the connection becomes completely unusable the moment it actually rains. For the past week I’ve had either no service or speeds so slow they might as well not exist.

Even getting help was a struggle. Finding their customer service number was nearly impossible, and I only managed to track it down through a third-party site (www.****edconsumer.com). When I finally got through, I was met with blame instead of support. They questioned why I didn’t call earlier, told me to switch the router off and on like it was my first day using tech, and insisted the issue was somehow my fault. They eventually “logged a ticket,” but nothing changed.

The whole experience makes it clear, Rain 5G is unreliable, dismissive of customers, and ultimately just a marketing gimmick. Even if you live near one of their towers, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for consistent or trustworthy connectivity.
