Poor connectivity and slow service!
The internet connectivity through Rain is terribly inconsistent. Speeds can be well over 50Mbps up and down and at other time there is no connectivity whatsoever. I've sent service requests 3 times and it has not improved. I've even told them what tower we connect to to assist in diagnosing the issue. Support usually responds by e-mail after 24 hours - why so slow? Why is the call centre closed? Issues like this should be dealt with immediately.
