Poor connectivity and not ETA on when it will be back to normal.

There tower has been non functional since Friday, I have logged several calls, all i am told is that cant give me an ETA on when it will be back on line. IN the interim they have connect me to the next best tower....which has terrible signal, poor speed, and everything just buffers and only 1 device can stay connected as time. Really painful service and inconvenient as I now need to find another source of connectivity to work due to this!!!
