Poor connectivity and appauling Customer Service - Not worth it.

I would never recommended Rain to anyone. Since joining I've had nothing bad customer service not to mention the slow and poor connectivity.

I've had no internet connection for two days now and still no response from the emails I've sent since. I am now considering going back to Telkom because this is not on. All I get from Rain is frustration its not worth it.
