Poor connectivity

Rain has such bad service delivery. Poorest network I've had and very quick to deduct your money. I have been struggling to get my refund since they debited my account after I have cancelled my internet contract with them. I keep calling and messaging them they escalate my query but nobody contacts me. Please think long and hard before you take a service from them
