Poor connection. Bad service from agents

I bought 5G and the connection was very poor. I cancelled within days and I was told I will be refunded the rest of the balance at the end of the month. It has been 2 months now and no refund. I have logged a call with Rain Support and no agent has gotten back to me yet. When I call the agents hang up on me!

Hi Rain

Please do not reply for the sake of replying and attend to my matter. Your bot called me and when I answer the call hangs up, like with all the calls I make to your Customer Care Number. Maybe you can't immediately solve the connectivity issue for everyone at once but at least compensate for that with impeccable service
