Poor Connection and Poor Customer Service!

Hello there,

I am so disappointed with Rain. Their connection is terrible. It is ALWAYS a struggle trying to connect or stay connected. You can't even read emails or connect with your phone. No matter how much you move their device you will never get good coverage, and one would think because I live in Hatfield I would at least have a better experience, but not with rain. I feel like I am back in a small village. What is even more frustrating is that their sim cards work just fine but I guess it's because they know you do not need your sim cards as much as you need your router to work. My advise is do not buy this product unless if you buying it for your kids to connect and play games but it's not for adults who wants to do important stuff on the internet.

I see a lot of people are giving consultants good views, Lmao. They are only good when you are still joining the Rain family, as soon as you have joined you are on your own! you will request for support until you give up, even dead people are not as quiet as the Rain customer service consultant. My pleasant has not been a pleasant one at all, I am disgusted and disappointed. The fact that they don't send the requested support or have someone reach back to you is just appalling.
