Poor connection and poor customer service
I have had problems with Rain for two years now, the connection is ridiculous. This week has been worse, i have complained for four days straight and only received communication once, and the other three days being blatantly ignored.

05 Apr 2025, 19:26None of these settings have assisted me, i am now on days 6 of no network and i am very upset. At the end of the month i will be billed the whole amount after such an inconvenience. I need this fixed as in now.
