Poor Connection and No service

I have been struggling with the network since the 1st Jan. Tried calling and could not get assistance. The matter could not be resolved. was told different stories, ie i need to change a simcard which was done, remove the sim card, did that numerous times, restart etc. One lady told me I was connected to the tower in Olivern which is few km away and that she will connect me to e nearby in Summerfield, still that was not done, the service is so pathetic, agents don't know what they are doing. been told different reasons and promised to that the connection. I am still not connected. I would not recommend or refer anyone to use Rain they are useless.
