Poor connection

I’ve trusted rain for many years because they are the first home WiFi service I’ve ever used. Now for the past year, every evening and night I been experiencing a problem with connection. I have to reboot while there’s guests, everything has to stop. I report the issue in the app and this AI person always try to comfort me but I am the one who ends up being inconvenienced with the waking up or putting a party on stand still because I have to reboot. So not fair.
