Poor Connection

The company knows they will doing a maintenance on tower but they never inform their clients in time so we can make alternative arrangements. I am trying to work and the connection is so poor because I was reconnected to another tower without my knowledge. This is very unacceptable and poor customer service. The company should know which clients are connected to which tower and send an sms to inform us of a scheduled maintenance plan.
