POOR CONNECTION

Dissapointed Am so dissapointed in Rain Wifi i have The R999 package and i feel like am wasting my money on these people, they claim to have coverage in my Area but i will wake with no coverage and ill have to go to the office even though am suppose to be working from home

OOH! not to mention the customer support Agents that have No idea what they are doing, you will first hold for more then 6min only to have the phone dropped on you they pretend they can't hear you,

In my knowledge Rain Has 3 types of Wireless Data Terminals i was given the worse one, Thembeka who has advised me that she will escalate the matter to a technician that will take 24hours am hoping that this help.
