Poor communication, poor service

I cancelled my contract with rain around July 22 as the quality was subpar in my opinion. They collected their equipment only in Dec 22. I did not get any communication that my last payment was still pending as I had mistakenly assumed I was being billed in advance. Suddenly more than a year later they hand me over to the lawyers over 499 that could have been cleared up ages ago if their billing department had emailed me last year. Seems the communication is just as subpar as their connectivity. Very disappointed with this entity
