Poor communication from Rain
This company is by far the worst, I have unlimited wifi with them and the agreement is I pay R479 per month. Without any communication or agreement they debited R699 from my account. This is day light *******. No one called me to say I need to pay more. This is also *********. I want my money back that was taken without my approval
