Poor Communication. been waiting for 3 weeks for my sim to be delivered

Rain went on to debit my account 24hrs after I took up the plan, two weeks after that I still have not received the sim card.

There do not have a call center number and I've left numerous messages on their support portal but no one has called me back.

Very disappointing for a new player in the industries, one would expect a lot especially on the communication aspect of it since Rain is a communications service provider.
