Poor communication
I sent an email on monday and yesterday but no agent has rep**** yet I lost my simcard and I would like it to be blocked cause someone might have picked it up and used it while I am the one who paid, I want my simcard to be blocked and get a new one but no one seems to reply but it’s states that an agent will get back to you in 24-48 hours.
