Poor communication

I bought 4G rain sim for R250, on Tuesday 4th i received a call from courier company Ram, by the driver named Josefa Vincent he asked me if I'm at home, I told him I'm at work I left my identity and proof of address with my son he can go there, he said I'm the only one who must sign for the sim, i asked him can he come later then, he said no he will deliver on the sixth, i waited the hole day, no call no communication, i phone him to ask where is my parcel, he said they did not give him, I phone rain customer care to find out what is going on, they told me i will receive my parcel today from 8am to 5pm today, still no communication from both Ram and Rain, I paid my money as they requested upfront payment, the days are going and i have to pay another amount month end, please assist me.
