Poor communication
I've been requesting to change my payment date to the 1st for over 3 months now... Rain billed me R843 for the month of August.. Your 081 contact number doesn't go through.. I've sent through a million tickets for someone to at least call me back with no luck.. And now my internet has been disconnected. I'm extremely unhappy.
