Poor Clinet Service from Rain 5G

The worst delivery experience. Was messaged that the order was on route. I had someone wait all day to receive this. No one arrived. Upon following up. There is a chat bot that gives you AI answers and doesn’t solve anything. Eventually speak to someone (also seems like a bot) and they say they are escalating to their logistics department. No one ever makes contact and you have to keep following up with robots. Terrible client experience.
