Poor client service and connection

Bad client service and frustrating feedback. Experienced poor connection and kept being promised a technician will call back but nobody called. I called to cancel subscription and was still told someone from cancelation will call back but nobody called. Keep getting a robotic response on raingo when trying to cancel unsuccessfully with the response help is on the way... Instead they keep trying to debit my account, send numerous emails but nobody reaches out. Very frustrated
