Poor client Assistance from Rain Financial

This is to due with the Accounting side of the Rain Company. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for them to response to me as they *****ed up on my account. I had to pay an additional amount when I had already have credit on my account. I want hat amount I paid in extra returned to me as I do jot trust the credit system at Rain.
