Poor Bad Customer Care

Rain has absolutely no customer care, poorest service provider I have ever come across. I have been struggling to rica their sim card, I used 4 different devices to try and get the sim card rica without any luck. I've left messages on their twitter account and facebook for assistance, this is after I have been blocked from using their support online page. Have submitted 3 support requests and I only received an automated email response and no one ever gets back to me I received one response from Rosina whom said i must switch my phone off and start again, after 4 different phone did this process and failed, I emailed Rosina back and no response ever again received from her. I have a Rain sim card I cant use, I paid May subscription but I cannot use their network. Wow what a way to welcome a client onto their net work.

Not sure if I made a good decision about choosing rain. Is this the nature of relationship we will be in.
