POOR, BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.

i have received my sim card yesterday between 2 pm and 3 pm and yet my sim card is not yet activated. I called RAIN call center immediately after seeing that the is no network and they told me to wait as it will activate anytime within the next 24 hours. I have called earlier on at 08:30 am and spoke to Akhona who promised to escalate the matter and get back to me by email or call but she still has not. I then decided to email the rain support team and they back to me at 12:45 saying my account is still on PRE-PROVISSION state and it will be activated. To my surprise on the feedback email it showed that my it was last updated the previous day at 13:20. when I rep**** back asking how is it that it is almost 24 hours since the last update and they never got back to me. Then I decided to call them again at 13;03, a consultant by the name of Mfundo told me it should be activated anytime from now as it is supposed to be activated by 13:20. It is now 13:47 and nothing still, no call, no email
